Intent to Volunteer

Volunteering with the United Church of Christ is easy as “1, 2, 3”:

1. Please complete this “Intent to Volunteer” form and give permission for the UCC to be in touch. One form per person, please. This form is for youth and adults alike.
2. When this form is submitted, Volunteer Ministries can provide you with step #2, where you will complete a detailed registration form for the department with which you are volunteering. At this point, a background check can be requested of you if suitable for your areas of interest. Minors must include permission from their responsible adult to register.
3. Lastly, step #3 occurs when you commence your volunteer engagement. At that time, you’ll complete a release form for the specific site/agency/project with whom you are volunteering!
